Greetings from Thomas Steen
My family and I were overwhelmed by the support shown for last year's inaugural Canwest Steen Classic. We would like to thank everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and donated, as well as my many former teammates and the NHL alumni who supported the tournament. The Winnipeg community, as well as our many friends, stepped up to assist us in a very successful fundraising campaign for community-based projects. We appreciate your support in our continuing effort to enhance the lives of Canadian youth in 2008.

Greetings from Alexander Steen
I want to personally thank each and every individual who helped make our inaugral Canwest Steen Classic Golf Tournaments in Toronto and Winnipeg a fantastic success. I am grateful to all those who volunteered, sponsored and donated, as well all our participan in both cities. The support of the NHL alumni, my colleagues, my teammates, and my friends from the entertainment industry was key to the success of the tournaments. The innate generosity of the Toronto and Winnipeg communities shone through for the event, and you can all be proud that you helped the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, and LAMP in Toronto help children in need. I look forward to your participation and support in the 2008 Tournaments, as well as in the Amadeus Steen Foundation's on-going projects to support youth in our communities.
